VEGASON 50 series offers outstanding value and quality on most liquids and solids. Suitable for almost all industry sectors including chemical (fine and bulk), food and beverage, automotive, water and waste.
Ultrasonic level measurement has been successfully used on many processes such as mixing, blending and batching, as well as for storage of raw materials or product at different stages of the manufacturing cycle.
Typical of the applications handled by ultrasonic measurement, are bund levels, overflow chambers, acid, vegetable and fuel oil storage together with, caustic reservoirs, mixing tanks, flour bins and grain silos. Most unpressurised process and storage vessels allowing top entry for the transducer are suitable for Series 50.
Providing local indication of shorter range liquid level, differential level, and volumetric flow through fumes. VEGASON 50 series are ideally suited to water and waste applications, including wet wells, dry wells, filtration and holding tanks.
The longer range series 50 are more suitable for the bulk storage of oils and chemicals, or grains and powders, such as flour. The lower frequency and higher power transducers are able to ignore "in-flight" product and high dust levels during filling especially if pneumatically conveyed.
