STF High Temperature Tube Furnaces

The 1500°C and 1600°C tube furnace ranges utilise silicon carbide heating elements arranged in a heated chamber surrounding the work tube, and provide even heating of the tube surface for maximum temperature uniformity. SiC furnaces can be used either horizontally or vertically and are offered with two heated lengths and two temperature ranges.

Note a: Maximum useable diameter.
Note b: Maximum tube inside diameter.
Note c: Heat up rate will vary with work tube size and material.
Note d: Holding power at 100°C below maximum, tube ends insulated. Work tube length = overall furnace length
Note g: Uniformity is measured with the tube diameter shown and tube end insulation fitted.
Note h: Information available on request - Heat up rate and uniformity vary with the application.
Note k: To 100°C below maximum temperature.
