Maximum operating temperature of 1800°C
Accepts work tubes of 50, 75, 100 and 125mm outside diameter
Heated lengths of 200 or 350mm
These models utilise lanthanum chromite heating elements, suspended vertically around a separate ceramic work tube to ensure excellent thermal uniformity
Only available for use in the vertical position
Can be adapted to allow a non-oxidising atmosphere or vacuum, by fitting a longer length work tube and end seals
Applications in the Ceramics Industry include disintegration, testing and analysis of cement samples, refractory porosity tests, long term high temperature tests and firing & sintering of ceramic samples
